NICKELODEON SAN DIEGO COMIC CON 2017
I had the pleasure and challenge of once again working on the design of Nickelodeon's San Diego Comic Con booth for 2017. This was a huge project, made possible by an entire team at Nickelodeon and Glow Exhibitions. My role was to create the graphic elements, design the installations, and illustrate the artwork [and pineapple], and provide technical specs to the fabrication team. Process and photos below, as well as credits.

FINAL COMIC CON BOOTH DESIGN
The giant pineapple housed an interactive video experience and was fabricated with a metal frame structure with sublimated fabric panels.
The multi property signing wall installation was created by printing on plywood pieces cut to shape and layered.
The Hey Arnold wall was made from flat layered gator board, and a fabricated fire hydrant with vinyl graphics.
Helga's Shrine was designed and sculpted by Glow Exhibitions. iPad screens have live Instagram feeds from the con.
The storefront is window is a fabricated Rocko TV with gator board characters atop.
The TMNT installation was made with vinyl decals on layered gator board and acrylic sheets for the buildings. The windows were die-cut to allow LED lighting from behind. This area was for a 'design-your-own' t-shirt experience.
